Booking Policy

Tickets are priced per-child, and each child or baby must have a prepaid ticket. One or two adults may accompany each child.

All tickets must be booked and paid for online. Sorry we cannot accept cash purchases, but you can book through our website on the day.

Tickets are non-refundable for no-shows or cancellations.

The sessions are self-guided play, and parents are expected to supervise their children at all times.

If your child has any allergies please do get in touch in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your child's needs.

Cookie Policy

The Kawaii Kubs website does not currently use any cookies.

Our ticket booking partner (bookwhen.com) and our payment processor (Stripe) may use cookies, in which case you will see cookie notices from those sites.

Privacy Policy

Customer Data Collected by the Business

In order to process bookings for public events and parties, Kawaii Kubs collects the following information: customer name, email address, postal address. For private parties additional information may be retained regarding the party venue.

Collected data is used for the purposes of validating customer attendance at an event, and for contacting the customer about the event (for example, if the event has to be cancelled). Collected data is not currently used for promotional or marketing purposes.

Data Access

Data is held on password-protected computer systems with access limited to owners of Kawaii Kubs. Other employees do not have access to these systems.

Data Retention

Data is retained at least long enough to meet legal requirements (for example to allow auditing of revenue for tax purposes).

We do not store card details. Payments are securely managed by our payment processor Stripe.

Marketing Communications

Kawaii Kubs does not currently undertake any direct-to-customer promotional or market activities. However during the booking process we may ask for your consent to send you future marketing communications. You can decline this during booking or contact us at any time in future if you change your mind.
